Why this site exists
Issue trackers contain valuable first-hand evidence, but the answer is often split across versions, operating systems, duplicate reports, and comments. AgentFix organizes that evidence around the error a user can search.
What we cover
Our current focus is Codex, Claude Code, Model Context Protocol servers, Windows, and WSL: error repair, configuration, permissions, sandboxes, tool calling, browser automation, and agent-specific workflows. We do not publish generic AI news or general developer utilities.
From fix to improvement
Exact-error pages remain the core. Diagnostics help users inspect agent configuration without leaving the browser, while Skills provide reusable instructions for safer, more capable coding-agent work.
What “verified” means here
A confirmed workaround means a first-hand reporter said the step restored operation in a named environment. It does not mean the vendor shipped a permanent fix. Partial and open labels stay visible when evidence is weaker.

AgentFix is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, or the open-source projects covered. Product and company names identify the software being troubleshot.
