Why it exists
When a tool fails, users often search the exact message on screen. Useful evidence is then scattered across issue trackers, forum replies, release discussions, and conflicting tutorials. We turn first-hand evidence into a short, version-scoped decision path.
What we cover
Our launch library focuses on Codex, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Model Context Protocol servers, WSL, VS Code, Node launch behavior, Windows paths, and sandbox permissions.
What we do not claim
We do not imply that an issue being closed means a permanent fix shipped. We do not promote registry cleaners, unofficial executable downloads, or broad permission changes as shortcuts. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, or the open-source projects we cite.
