Name the decision before collecting options
We define the operator, customer, jurisdiction, money flow, record, or workflow first. A comparison without a decision boundary produces a universal winner that rarely exists.
Use the closest available source
For regulation and fees, we prefer the responsible government agency, current forms, and underlying rule. For product capability, we use current vendor documentation and clearly label it as vendor evidence. Community reports can reveal questions but do not override an authoritative source.
Put the checked date beside changing facts
Registration portals, fees, definitions, product features, and pricing change. Guides carry a checked date and link to the page a reader should verify before acting.
Test software with records and exceptions
We compare products through an operating scenario: client, trip, booking, authorization, change, refund, commission, handoff, report, and export. Feature nouns receive no credit until the workflow is demonstrated.
Show costs and exits before payouts
Commercial relationships do not determine inclusion, scores, or conclusions. Any paid placement, free access, referral fee, or affiliate link must be disclosed where it can affect interpretation. There are no affiliate links at launch.
Correct the record visibly
